The Community Creative Center for Women and Girls with Disabilities (CCCWGD) was honored to participate in the Women-Led Organizations (WLO) Curriculum Capacity Strengthening Workshop, organized by UNFPA and hosted at the UN Common Office in Bamenda on November 11 and 12, 2026.
The two-day capacity-building workshop convened female CEOs of NGOs from the North West Region, with the objective of enhancing their skills in governance, inclusive leadership, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, and networking.
Through this initiative, participants were equipped with critical tools and knowledge to strengthen organizational performance, foster accountability, and promote inclusive, sustainable leadership within their various communities.
As an organization committed to empowering women and girls with disabilities, CCCWGD remains steadfast in advocating for the full inclusion and participation of women with disabilities in leadership and decision-making spaces. We believe that true development can only be achieved when every woman—regardless of ability—has an equal opportunity to lead and thrive.
